The world-renowned, multi-award-winning bartender, creator and owner of Florería Atlántico (#3 in The World's 50 Best), Chori, Gintorería, and Rotisería Atlántico, is developing an exquisite cocktail menu.

Our Name

It comes from the petit verdot grape, native to Bordeaux. There, where the soil normally produces light wines, the petit verdot grape was always used to enhance them, thanks to its consistent structure and supplementary color.

However, for some time now, it has also been used to produce a varietal in its own right, and since then, it has given rise to wines of great character and elegant finish, achieving an exotic profile that leaves no one indifferent.

With this inspiration, Verdot Wine Bar was born. To stand out with personality and a distinctive imprint in the Buenos Aires gastronomic circuit, hoping to offer a satisfying experience for adventurous palates seeking strong emotions and tireless spirits eager for flavor.
